Product Introduction :
Tadalafil (Cialis) is a selective and reversible phosphodiesterase 5 (PDE5) inhibitor. It is used for the treatment of male erectile dysfunction (ED), with rapid onset and long duration of effect. It is not affected by the high-lipid diets and alcohol intake. The effect of tadalafil can last up to 36 months.
Tadalafil was initially approved by EMA in 2002 and then approved by U.S. FDA in the subsequent year, and entered in China in 2004. Tadalafil has been successfully approved for “once daily use” dosage form in the Europe and the United States, thus a new mode for the treatment of male erectile dysfunction has been launched across the world.
In addition, Tadalafil can also be indicated for the treatment of benign prostate hyperplasia (BPH) and pulmonary arterial hypertension (PAH).
Indications :

Administration and Dosage :
